JOB OPPORTUNITIES CONSORTIUM …   Our mission is to build successful employment connections between job candidates and employers.   Since 1997 Job Opportunities Consortium (JOC), a network of agencies and supporting organizations, has advocated on behalf of job candidates with disabilities. JOC is dedicated to educating the community about the benefits of employing people with disabilities. JOC is available to provide presentations to community groups and individual employers. JOC seeks to develop productive affiliations with Jacksonville area employers. JOC offers a single point of reference for Jacksonville employers. JOC speaks with a united voice, advocating for better lives for individuals with disabilities through work.   JOC is the designated liaison to The First Coast Business Leadership Network.
